Dressage Shows for 2012

Prize Schedule--ENGLISH

 

Ribbons: First to Third Place in all classes.

High Point Awards: National Tests (Training through Fourth Level)

                                 (Not USDF Introductory)

           >>  SHOW High Point Cash Awards: One award per show will be given in each of the following divisions: Junior/Young Rider, Adult Amateur and Open for rides in classes with one to three horses.   This applies to the winners of the classes only.                        

     

      >>  CLASS High Point Cash Awards will be given in each class with 4 or more horses.

      >>  Prizes: $50 for Open, Adult Amateur, and Young Riders; and $35 for Juniors. In order to win the prize money, the winning score must be at least 60% at all levels.

           Prize Schedule for

          Exhibition Classes:

USDF Introductory (A,B, & C) and WESTERN DRESSAGE

Ribbons: --First to Third Place in all classes.

AFLAC: All USDF Introductory Class Riders are eligible for a $10 cash 

               prize for scores of 60% or greater (One prize per show.) Prize

               contribution courtesy of Cathi Estes, local AFLAC

               representative and TMC/CDS Treasurer.

                                     Prize Schedule for

          Year End awards:

National Classes (Training through Fourth Level):

              Cash Prizes are awarded to the Tehachapi Mountain Chapter

              members achieving the highest overall average scores across at

              least three shows. This will be based on the highest score at

              each show. Rides must ride the same horse. The Open, Adult

              Amateur and Young Rider prizes will be $100; the Junior prize

              will be $50. Each winning rider also receives a Certificate of

              Achievement.

USDF Introductory Classes:

             Members of the Bear Valley Springs Pony Club (BVS PC) are

             eligible for the BVS PC Perpetual Trophy and TMC Certificate

             of Achievement.Winners are chosen based on their three high

             averages in at least three TMC shows each year.

Western Dressage Exhibition Classes:

             Any rider participating in at least three shows each year is

             eligible to win the TMC Western Dressage Annual Award Belt

             Buckle, based on attaining the highest combined average of the

             highest scores at each show. Each winning rider also receives a

             Certificate of Achievement.

YEAR END AWARDS ARE PRESENTED AT THE TEHACHAPI MOUNTAIN CHAPTER AND BEAR VALLEY SPRINGS DRESSAGE CLUB ANNUAL BANQUET, HELD AT THE OAKTREE COUNTRY CLUB EACH FALL
